By booking, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. For later cancellations, 80% of the total amount will be charged unless the property can be rebooked.
2. Your booking is only confirmed once we have sent written confirmation.
3. Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer or in cash on arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
4. The local accommodation tax of 2.5% must be paid in cash upon arrival.
5. The house may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking agreement.
6. Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately and may need to be compensated.
7. Pets are allowed but must be registered at the time of booking.
8. The guest agrees to leave the house in a tidy condition.
